Spontbox was started by Val, a Toronto-based entrepreneur and technology executive with 20 years spent building and scaling businesses — from early-stage startups to enterprise platforms serving healthcare, retail, and hospitality companies. He's been the person a business calls on to bring a new product to market, or to fix the systems that decide whether customers can actually find and trust them.
That work has meant sitting across the table from a huge range of businesses, helping them show up better in front of the customers already looking for them — whether that's a hotel chain's guest-facing platform or a pharmacy network's customer systems. Spontbox brings that same hands-on, accountable approach to independent Ontario small businesses, who deserve the same level of care without enterprise pricing or an agency that never picks up the phone.
